If you have had wind or hail in your area we can check your home for damage and are experienced in what insurance companies consider liable damage. Our loss repair estimates are based on insurance company contractor price scales so in most cases we can do the required repairs for the Insurance award. Insurance awards are based on replacing “like kind and quantity”, so we have little leeway in preforming the repairs unless it is a customer paid upgrade. For non insurance repairs and remodeling we can offer more flexibility with how and what we do based on your budget. In all cases our estimates and scope of loss estimates are free. We also install correctly the first time  so we can offer lifetime workmanship warranties, manufacturers warranties and Lien waivers upon job completion.
